Have met a higher standard of experience, education, and expertise and exude talent and professionalism. Stylists at this level have mastered their skills in order to provide supreme client satisfaction.

Director Level

Have met the highest level of experience, education, and expertise and exude talent and professionalism. Stylists at this level are the leaders in the industry and have devoted themselves to the art of hair design.

"Passion is the key to success in anything that you do in life. It's always been my dream to be a successful hair stylist and to own my on salon. I've acheived this by being eager to learn everything that I could and by never being afraid of a little hard work. After working at a top salon in Atlanta and teaching classes for many years, I decided to leave the big city but bring a piece of it with me to the North Georgia Mountains. Lava is my dream fullfilled and I love paying it forward to my team of talented and devoted professionals. I strongly believe in continuing education and keeping the dream alive!"
